About
Ego
Égo is an exceptionally experienced communications specialist with more than 10 years of international work spanning Africa and North America. She holds a master's degree in strategic public relations from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Mount Saint Mary's University.
Égo is a highly dedicated professional with a strong record of producing successful results, especially with respect to media relations, producing podcasts, and writing speeches. In recent years, she has held respected positions such as Communications & Marketing Manager at Greatheart Consulting and Public Relations & Marketing Director at Engineers for a Sustainable World. There, she guaranteed media attention for projects executed by ESW university chapters across America and Canada ranging from KRWG Public Media to the Canadian Broadcast Channel. During her tenure in Africa, Ego served as Chief Communications Officer for the Catholic-owned and operated nonprofit OFFER Centre in Osun Nigeria, where she successfully collaborated with the French and Irish embassies to secure a partnership and worked closely with multinational corporations in Africa, particularly with Chevron’s Corporate Social Responsibility department, Exxon Mobil’s Corporate Social Responsibility team, and Total Energies’ Corporate Social Responsibility office – all of which ultimately provided free education to 120 Nigerian displaced youths in the Niger-Delta region, Fulani female students in northern Nigeria, and disenfranchised members of the community in western Nigeria.

Podcast
Producer
As the podcast producer for Inclusion Catalyst, I am responsible for overseeing the entire developmental process. This includes pitching guests from Fortune 500 C-suits and CEOs to former WNBA and Olympian medalists, as well as New York bestselling authors, journalists, and everyday DEI activists and warriors. My goal is to ensure that each episode is of the highest quality possible. To achieve this, I work tirelessly to make certain that every guest is well-prepared and that their message is clear and concise. I also pay close attention to every detail, from the sound quality to the overall flow of the conversation, to guarantee that our listeners have an exceptional experience.
